Classic Re-Imaginations
Signature entrees include our Branzino ‘Almandine’ with caramelized and raw fennel, vanilla-scented and coconut and celery root puree and lemon-cape4r sauce, as well as our Crispy Roasted Jidori Chicken with crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and sherry caramel, black garlic puree and California lager jus.
All Day Brunch offerings range from Smoked Salmon Scrambled eggs whipped with creme fraiche, onion and herbs, to Cornmeal Pancakes with whipped Meyer lemon ricotta, candied kumquat, walnuts and rum syrup.
GiGi’s Poolside Lounge offers a unique, upscale space perfect for private parties and events. Equipped with lounge areas and fire pits, this area holds celebrations for groups up to 150 guests. Menus range from passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails to our diverse shared menus for seated dinners.
